Melissa and I worked together at Nuvolo for developing the first time Freshers’ / Campus hiring program for India office and within a month of her joining, she turned around the table by putting together a strong campus hiring model as part of the overall Nuvolo University program and successfully implemented it by engaging and getting a buy in from global leaders. I started at Nuvolo the same day as Melissa and learned that I was going to be under her leadership as part of Nuvolo University (global enablement). Over the next few months, I saw her meticulously build Nuvolo University from it’s beginning stages to a fully strategic global enablement practice. This session was so highly attended and recommended afterwards as a ‘must listen’ and is still part of a curriculum. She built the session and was so engaging. There are many people who go through the motions of presenting and that is all it is, a motion. Melissa invigorates and engages, you are important to her. That is a skill that you just can’t teach.
