Today at Infor OS TechEd in Las Vegas I sat beside Marc who introduced himself as a customer from Champion Petfoods. This Canadian company had built their first United States pet food manufacturing facility in Auburn, Kentucky, about 20 minutes from my hometown. The coincidence did not stop there.
My husband and I had owned a media company from 2008-2017, and we were the media company that handled the construction photography for Champion’s Kentucky facility when it was built. Of course, we also chatted about Infor TechEd and the educational opportunities to connect with partners and Infor product experts.
When I asked Marc what he enjoyed most about TechEd he gestured to another customer, Kevin (Frontier Co-Op), who was seated to his left and responded, “This. Engaging. Sharing stores. And I mean the whole story, from cradle to grave. I like connecting with other users and hearing about everything from selection to implementation.” The value we provide our customers through educational experiences like TechEd is incredible, but the intangible benefits are found in the connections with fellow users.

Thank you Kevin, Marc, and Maunish for a great lunch.
